I’m Fran’s husband and have been a part of the Boots and Brambles team for a few years now. I’m the Yin to her Yang – the organised to her hoarding, the methodical to her chaos!

You may have seen me around the Boots and Brambles Base Camp, organising, tidying and building or attending sessions with our three wildlings! (Big beard, bald head- always smiling on the inside!)

I’m an experienced chef, who has worked in the catering and hospitality industry for almost 20 years. I’m looking forward to joining Fran in the woods and developing Boots and Brambles as our family business.

I’m just undertaking my Forest School training and hope to add elements such as foraging and outdoor cooking to the Boots and Brambles repertoire!
