Susie Jay

Project Co-ordinator

I first came across Zephyr’s through local events and the wonderful support they had provided to friends and others in my local community. When I discovered this role and learned more about the story behind Zephyr’s and its mission, I felt genuinely excited to get involved. I recognise how valuable community and a supportive space can be during bereavement and I feel very privileged to bring my energy and skills to Zephyr’s, helping to ensure we continue offering the very best care and support to those who need it.

My background is a mix of social care, admin, project management and marketing, and I’ve been looking for a role where I could use those skills to make a genuine difference. I really feel I’ve found the perfect place to do that and I am proud to be part of the future of this amazing charity.

In my spare time I am Mum to Stanley and Rosie and enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, walking in peaceful places, cooking and listening to music— (or watching it live if I get a chance!).
