So what are we looking for in our Placement Students at Zephyr’s?…
For those joining us, we’d welcome you to bring :
* A passion for bereavement and grief support
* Sensitivity and care
* An understanding of grief, and a willingness to sit alongside those feelings – recognising it doesn’t need to be ‘fixed’
* Willingness to learn!
* A strong sense of self care, and belief in the importance of looking after yourself
* The ability to feel okay asking for help if you need it.
* Experience at being part of a team, and able to talk and share
* Previous grief and bereavement work is welcomed, thought not mandatory. We can talk about this, and offer learning opportunities if we all decide that you and your placement will be carried out with us, and if Zephyr’s is the right fit for you.
