Upcoming sessions:
Wednesday 24th June 12 noon-1pm at Sherwood Community Centre
Wednesday 31st July 12 noon-1pm at Sherwood Community Centre
How does it work and who is it for?
Our monthly daytime drop-in session offers a relaxed opportunity to learn more about the support available at Zephyr’s.
Pop in over lunchtime to meet our Therapy Lead, Sarah, and members of our friendly team, find out about our supportive groups and sessions, and ask any questions you may have.
The session takes place in our lovely Zephyr’s room, which is also used for counselling and creative play therapy.
Please note, this is not a support group, instead a chance to meet and get to know us, informally, and find out about how we might support you. For more information about our support sessions please visit the support drop down menu.
The session is open to all bereaved parents, grandparents, and others touched by pregnancy loss or the death of a baby or child. Whether you’re looking for support for yourself, a family member, or you’d like to know more about what we do, you’re very welcome to drop in.
Free parking is available on site.

SESSION AND CONTACT INFO

As this is a drop-in session, there may be other people present when you attend. Each person’s loss is likely to vary greatly in experience, or in the amount of time that has passed. There will be no expectation to say or share anything more than you are comfortable with. If you are not comfortable for any reason you are welcome to request that Sarah contacts you after the session in private.
Meet Sarah, Therapy Lead
I like to offer a compassionate, empathic and non-judgemental relationship for people, to provide space and time for gentle reflection with their feelings and emotional responses. My belief and hope is that we can always find a way forward that feels true to our own needs, and sometimes we need a little extra kind support in finding our way.
